Virginity and the suburbs by Nayib Jean Baptiste
A coming of age story about Chris Jones, a new young Black podcaster living in the American Suburbs. This miss is ready to get promiscuous, but there is one issue, she’s a virgin. Who is she going to lose her “V-card” to? The suburbs are small so the choices are few and far. The podcast Virginity & the Suburbs is created to chart her progress. She wants to make sense of her encounters, and open up about her sexuality and desires, but will she be able to face the trauma that has held her back from being her true self?
Trigger warnings: Sexual content and themes of sexual abuse.
